The ILM Leadership & Management Diploma has been specially designed to give practicing managers a solid   foundation for their formal development in this role, building up a wide range of basic middle management skills   and gaining the comprehensive leadership and management knowledge required at this level.

The ILM Leadership & Management Diploma is a challenging high level qualification with 47 credits that provides   formal development for practicing managers working across all industries. Target Audience

  • Entering into or currently in a first line management position
  • PC literacy
  • English and numeracy proficiency
