These profiles & descriptions form the basis for nearly all decision making in HR, including grading, benchmarking, recruitment, performance management, training & development, as examples. They are driven by the organisations business and not designed around specific people. A job description describes the content of what the person in the job should do and may include other related information such as the requirements to execute the job successfully.
Options with regards to job profiling are:
- Conduct interviews and write job profile
- Review existing job profiles (with interview)
- Job profiling training, enabling skills transfer from the consultant
As an additional option, we are able to perform the performance contracting element while conducting the interview. The results would then be able to be integrated seamlessly with your HRIS / Performance Management system.
